Contemplative Yoga
Physical postures, mindfulness and self-reflection, practiced together. The focus is on breath and body — on being present rather than performing — and on the quiet that makes room for self-discovery.
The Class
Gentle to moderate. All levels welcome.
Each class runs ninety minutes. Doors open seven minutes before we begin — come early enough to settle rather than rush.
The studio has every prop and supply you need. Bring your own mat and blocks if you prefer them; plenty of people do.

I ask every student for an informed consent before their first practice. It takes a couple of minutes, and getting it done beforehand means you can walk in and just start.
