Higher Power Health, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.higherpowerhealth.net. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number, the offering you’re interested in, and your message. We do not ask for health information through this website, and we ask that you not send it through the contact form.

Third-party services we use

These providers process data on our behalf or on their own terms:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-first, cookieless web analytics.
  • Formspree — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Cal.com — appointment scheduling, where booking is offered.
  • Stripe — online card payments. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Google Forms — hosts the yoga informed-consent form, which is linked from this site and submitted directly to Google.

Fonts and icons are self-hosted on our own domain, so loading this site does not send your data to a font or icon CDN.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

How we use information

To reply to you, arrange and deliver services you ask for, and keep the site working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Data retention

We keep inquiries only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, and for ordinary business record-keeping. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email healthywisewell@gmail.com.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use your judgment about what you send us.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. School program inquiries are handled with the school or district, not with students.

Third-party links

Where we link out — to a consent form, a booking page or a social account — that site’s own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
